Miltiades Michaelas
Born in 1967, he pursued a comprehensive education, combining studies in management and computer science at Aston University with an MBA in financial services from the University of Nottingham. He is a Chartered Director as awarded by the Institute of Directors (UK), and was also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. His professional journey commenced in 1992 at Laiki Bank, where he made significant contributions to the establishment and growth of the Bank's factoring and invoice discounting division. Over the years, he took on various roles, including managing the Nicosia Corporate Banking Unit. In 1999, he undertook a pivotal role at Petrolina Group, overseeing the strategic restructuring of the family business, leading to its listing on the Cyprus Stock Exchange. Returning to Laiki Group in 2001, he assumed the position of General Manager in Laiki Bank Australia, successfully achieving a break-even position within 12 months. From 2006 to 2013, he held the position of General Manager of International and Financial Services at Laiki Bank (Cyprus), transforming the international business banking division into a market growth leader. Following the depositors' bail-in and the absorption of Laiki Bank's Cypriot operations by Bank of Cyprus, he took on the role of Director of International Operations and REMU. In 2016, he relocated to Australia to become the CEO of Bank of Sydney. During his tenure, he reshaped the Βank's culture, leadership, and business model, doubling the balance sheet within three years. Despite challenges in traditional loan segments, he successfully entered the retail home loan market, expanded the Bank's trade finance business, and enhanced profitability through growth and cost management measures. In 2023, he assumed the role of CEO at Alpha Bank, where he continues to contribute his expertise to the financial sector.

Nicholas Mavrogenis
Born in 1969, he is a key player at Alpha Bank, contributing significantly to the success of the Organization. His educational background includes studying Beng Electrical and Electronics Engineering and obtaining an MSc in Engineering and Physical Science in Medicine from Imperial College, University of London, showcasing a unique blend of technical knowledge and strategic insight. Joining Alpha Bank in 1994, he embarked on his professional journey as a dealer in the Treasury Division. His early responsibilities centered around managing the Bank's foreign exchange and interest rate risk, displaying a keen understanding of financial intricacies. In 2000, his capabilities were recognized when appointed by the Managing Director to set up Alpha Finance Ltd as a Manager. In this pivotal role, he demonstrated leadership and organizational skills by supervising all aspects of the company. Transitioning to the Cards Division in 2004, he not only served as a Supervisor but also played a key role in establishing a new unit responsible for assessing all retail credit applications. His career within the organization continued to progress as he moved through various roles, ultimately becoming the Manager of the Division. Since 2011, he has held the significant position of General Manager of Operations and an executive member of the Board of Directors at Alpha Bank. In this capacity, he oversees critical operations divisions, including IT, organization, digital banking, MIS and planning, property, payments, and investment products operations. His role extends to formulating and implementing the business and IT strategy of the Bank, reflecting his comprehensive approach to contributing to Alpha Bank's continued success.

Christoforos Stylianides
Born in 1968 in Cyprus, he demonstrated academic excellence by studying Accounting and Finance at the London School of Economics, later earning an MBA from INSEAD and obtaining a charter accountant certificate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. His professional journey commenced in 1992 at KPMG London, where he served as an Assistant Manager, overseeing audit assignments. In 1996, he joined Cyprialife as a Financial Controller, actively participating in the startup's top management team. His pivotal role included contributing to the formulation and implementation of the company's strategy and internal organization. In 2000, he ventured into the banking sector, joining the Bank of Cyprus. Over the years, he held various roles, such as Manager in Special Projects, Head of Credit Risk, Head of Corporate Center, Deputy Divisional Director in International Operations, CEO of the Laiki Bank subsidiary in Russia, and Director of the Deleveraging Group, successfully coordinating the Βank's deleveraging effort and achieving a substantial reduction in risk-weighted assets. As the General Manager in Business Banking, he played a crucial role during the merger between Bank of Cyprus and Laiki Bank. In 2013, he moved to RCB Bank, where he assumed the position of Head of Corporate and SΜE (Small and Medium Enterprises) Lending. In 2022, he joined Hellenic Bank, setting a record in corporate business loans that significantly exceeded budgets and previous years. Finally, in 2023, he became a General Manager in Wholesale at Alpha Bank.

Kyriakos Tzyrkas
Born in 1973, he laid the groundwork for his career by studying Insurance and Investment at City University in London, later obtaining an MSc in Investment Management. His journey with Alpha Bank began as a Credit Officer, showcasing his early involvement in the financial sector. His career progression within the Bank was marked by significant roles, including heading the Investor Account Department and later leading the Small and Medium Enterprises Department. In 2006, he took on the responsibilities of a Branch Manager. A pivotal turning point came in 2009 when he assumed the role of Assistant Manager in the Corporate and Housing Loan Division. Here, he applied the Group Credit Manual, overseeing rating processes, reviews, and portfolio classification. His dedication led to his promotion to the position of Division Manager. In 2013, he managed Wholesale Banking, navigating the challenges posed by the economic crisis. He played a crucial role in suggesting going-concern solutions to affected customers, simultaneously developing and managing relationships to strengthen the Bank’s presence in the business sector. Transitioning to Retail Banking Manager in 2016, he supervised branch operations and achieved consistent growth in new household lending, coupled with increased commission income from banking and bancassurance services. His remarkable journey within Alpha Bank culminated in 2023 when he was appointed Chief Retail Banking Officer, a testament to his extensive experience and effective leadership in the retail banking domain.

Kyriakos Michaelides
Born in 1964, he embarked on a journey of financial expertise that spans continents. After obtaining a BBA in Finance and Investments from St. John's University in New York and an MBA in Financial Services from Baruch College of City University, his career took root in the USA. In 1992, he joined Value Line Inc. as an Investment Analyst, laying the groundwork for his financial acumen. Relocating to Cyprus in 1994, he became a Credit Officer at Laiki Bank , swiftly advancing to an Account Manager managing loan portfolios for large corporate and institutional clients. Progressing through roles, he assumed responsibilities as Assistant to the Manager of the Corporate Banking Division and Secretary of the Loans Committee. His versatility shone as he worked as an Investment Banking Officer, eventually becoming the Manager of the Asset Management Division in 2001. His innovative spirit surfaced in roles like Assistant Branch Manager and Project Manager in the Retail Banking Division, where he designed a groundbreaking computer program for the automatic evaluation and approval of micro-edit applications. This proprietary credit screening system became widely adopted across the Bank's business units. In 2006, he took the helm of the International Business Center in Nicosia, achieving a remarkable feat by doubling fee income and profitability within two years. The trajectory continued with roles as the Director of Wealth Management in International Banking and, in 2015, he assumed the role of Head of Branch Network at RBC Bank. In 2023, his wealth of experience led him to Alpha Bank, where he now serves as the Chief Wealth and International Banking Officer, marking the pinnacle of his impactful career in the financial sector.

Giannis Tofarides
Born in 1980, he laid the foundation for his career with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, followed by obtaining an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). His professional journey began at Ernst & Young LLP, where he honed his skills as an auditor. In 2007, he joined Laiki Bank in the Group of Financial Control, progressing to the role of Head of Capital. He served as a liaison between the Bank and rating agencies, providing feedback on reports and preparing terms for capital instruments. His expertise extended to advising on financial reporting and tax issues. Transitioning to Alpha Bank in 2013 as Deputy Manager of the Financial Services Division, he took on responsibilities ranging from regulatory reporting to the implementation of the IFRS 9 project. His contributions included leading the Classification and Measurement stream, defining EBA NPL methodology, and participating in provisions calculation and Fair Value methodology. As a Credit Risk Committee and ALCO member, he later became the Division Manager. In 2023, he ascended to the role of Chief Financial Services Officer, showcasing his comprehensive expertise in financial management and regulatory compliance.

Theophanis Loumbas
Born in 1971 in Cyprus, he pursued academic excellence by earning a scholarship to study BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Leicester, followed by a Master's degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Birmingham. He is also holder of the Diploma in Banking from the American Institute of Bankers, a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Information Systems Auditor, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, a Chartered Engineer and holder of several other certifications. His professional journey began at Logicom Public Ltd, where he started as Production Manager, contributing to the design of the company's first personal computer and the company’s computer production line. In 2003 he was promoted to the position of the Group Technical & IT Manager, overseeing Logicom’s multinational IT Infrastructure and securing of the Group’s network infrastructure. In 2008, he joined Alpha Bank Cyprus as an Information Systems Auditor, auditing the IT infrastructure and applications. He quickly progressed to the role of the Internal Audit Division Assistant Manager overseeing the audit engagements in central divisions of the Bank. In 2016 he moved to the Information Security & Personal Data Protection Division. During this time, he served as the Company Information Security Officer (CISO) and the Data Protection Officer (DPO), collaborating with various Bank units to implement information security and personal data protection principles. In 2021, Mr Loumbas took over the role of Manager in the Human Resources Division, and in 2023, he was appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer, heading the Human Resources, Legal Services and Governance & Sustainability Divisions

Konstantinos Papadimitriou
Born in Athens in 1978, he embarked on his academic journey at the University of Patras, obtaining a BSc in Mathematics, followed by a master’s degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Piraeus. Initiating his career as a mathematics tutor, he transitioned to become a Relationship Manager at Eurobank Greece. Subsequently, he joined HSBC Greece, contributing to the marketing and product development sector. His professional trajectory included a role as an Assistant Manager in credit risk at Citigroup Greece, with a short-term assignment in Citigroup Belgium focused on implementing best practices for credit risk performance benchmarks. In 2011, he assumed the position of Credit Risk Policy Manager and, in 2014, became a Senior Credit Risk Policy Officer at Alpha Bank Greece. Progressing through various roles, he was appointed Head of Credit Risk Division in 2017, serving on the Bank’s Credit Risk Committee and Troubled Assets Committee. Additionally, he acted as Deputy Member of Wholesale Banking Credit Committees and served as the Bank’s liaison with CBC, external/internal auditors, and ACB for CRM areas. In 2021, he assumed the role of Chief Risk Officer.

Petros Alexandrou
Born in 1971, he embarked on a journey that seamlessly merged computer science and accounting, graduating from the University of Manchester. His academic prowess expanded with a Μaster's in Business Administration and Information System. In 1996, he contributed significantly to IBOS Limited's pricing strategy formulation as a Business Development Officer. His career took a transformative turn when he joined Alpha Bank's Operations and IT Division. Leading the Bank's Millennium project implementation, he later assumed the role of Supervisor, orchestrating the design and implementation of a new core banking system. This project not only delivered a cutting-edge system but also brought about a significant redesign of the Bank's processes and operations. In 2005, as Assistant Manager in the Information and Technology Division, he headed the team managing the Bank's core banking system, skillfully coordinating various projects aligned with the Bank's current planning. The acquisition of Emporiki Bank Cyprus by Alpha Bank Group marked a pivotal moment in his career. He adeptly managed the Information Technology division for both entities, successfully executing the Migration project of Emporiki systems to Alpha Bank Systems. His leadership ensured seamless business continuity and compliance during the parallel running of the Banks in Cyprus. Since 2014, he has held the role of Division Manager, steering the development and provision of the Bank's IT services and projects. Additionally, he played a key role in the preparation and execution of the Bank's IT strategic planning. His unwavering commitment to technological excellence culminated in his appointment as Chief Information Technology in 2023, where he assumed responsibility for pivotal divisions including Organization, Digital Banking, Data Management, and Information Technology, solidifying his role at the forefront of the Bank's technological advancement.

Born in 1973, he pursued his education in Business Administration at the University of Wichita State in the USA, further enhancing his knowledge with an MBA from the University of South Florida. His journey at Alpha Bank in the credit department, quickly showcasing his dedication. Transitioning to the Organization Division in 2003, he played a pivotal role in researching, recommending, and implementing new credit procedures. Over the years, his expertise propelled him from a Supervisor to the Assistant Manager in 2013, where he mentored junior members, organized workshops, and continued to enhance credit procedures. In 2016, he assumed the role of Manager of Credit Operations, overseeing efficient goal attainment, monitoring performance metrics, and centralizing functions for optimum efficiency. His strategic approach included portfolio-based management, a testament to his commitment to optimization. In 2023, his journey reached new heights as he was appointed Chief Support Operations Officer at Alpha Bank, a position that reflects his evolution and significant contributions to the organization's success.
